What are your system specs?
Have you closed all unnecessary background tasks?
Have you updated all your hardware drivers?

I think it might be your graphics card or the amount from RAM you have that is the problem.

Just to double check all I need your specs, the easist way to find out would be for you to download and run Belarc Advisor. Belarc will then analyse your hardware and display a report.

As a thought it's your graphics card that isn't good enough to run the game. You need at least a 128MB graphics card to run the game.

is a graphics card a physical thing you actually have to manually put in your computer or is it something you can download?
