lockx.exe attacked programs & icons

my pc is definitely affected with the lockx.exe file even though i attempted to delete it from my system. After deleting it, my icons went blank, my program files were inaccessible, Control Panel will not come up - - nothing. I cannot access internet (I'm using my laptop to post this). After reading all these postings, i have an awful feeling i may not be able to recover. My files seem to still be there, i just cannot access them. I was able to retrieve a log from a floppy disk version of HiJack This. Here it is:

There is nothing in my bottom task bar nor in the toolbar. What can i do if most of my actions are limited? I did manage to save some files and pictures that i had on my hard drive onto a CD so there are a few things i can do. I just cannot invoke any programs.

Just ran another HiJack This log and noticed i also have the pokapoka7exe. file also, only i didn't try to remove that. I think I've done more damage just by deleting the lockx.exe file earlier. I cannot run any programs whatsoever. Most of the fixes that the techs have directed the people posting on this site, will not invoke. But in case someone can help, here's my latest log:
