What is being done to convict these people? These are criminal/terrorists (sure, some of it are legit businesses that use target market but admit it that 99.999% of the software that causes issues isn't from said businesses) need to be punished, are they being punished? Is there any legislation going through to punish them, or take the profit out of the crime???

write an email to your congressmen addressing you are a registered voter and you are worried and affected by these criminals
