Kind of wierd thing going on my desktop...

Sometimes this happens:

1. My whole desktop is gone except for my internet explorer windows is it normal? and when i unrestore them they go in the side.........could you please explains what really is happening?

2. Sometimes when i turn on my pc and its logging on now, theres some message that says Explorer can't find in the drive A: something.....i really dont know anything bout this.............

i got another problem

3. Theres this virus or trojans or something that i couldn't get out of my comp..........it says cannot be deleted, clean or quaranteen...the name is Spy-Agent.h and 1 of my file is affected by it which is my OLEADM.dll but when i try to find this file on my own i really couldn't find it, the directory says its on the C:\Windows\System32\OLEADM.dll...............could u tell me something bout this.......

Read Step Five: Posting a Hijack This Log

Post me the log in this topic and we will start cleaning up.
