HELP!!! I have so many error pop ups that i am barely able to even turn on my computer. i have read through the forum and ran hijackthis. here is my start up list below. Secondly, I have two errors at the begining of start up. One, just an error box that says that the exucution of the specified command has failed. 2--is the Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library.

Damage:after normal block (#53) at 0x0109D20---then the option of RETRY ABORT IGORE is given. Any help you can give with any of this will be greatly appreciated. OH its also affecting my aim. it send all buddies messagesblank messages.

This is going to take some work you have a few differnt infections here, Please follow the steps as closely as possible and we should be able to get you cleaned up

First
Download LQfix.exe and place it on your desktop.
Doubleclick LQfix.exe and click install.
This will create a new folder called LQfix on your desktop.
Open the folder and doubleclick ClickThis.bat
Follow the prompts on the screen.
Your system will reboot afterwards.
Please be patient after reboot, because there is a script running in the background.

Next
Make sure you can view all Hidden Files/Folders

Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click “Fix Checked”

Next Reboot into SAFE MODE
Search for and delete the Folders highlighted in Blue, Files highlighted in BOLD

C:\Program Files\DNS\
C:\WINDOWS\System32\gwxgch.exe
c:\windows\system32\word\ <--You will see the word folder sitting inside the system32 folder, Just delete the "word folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\windir32.exe
lockx.exe <--You will likely find this sitting in the System32 folder as well, Delete just this file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Windows\mc-110-12-0000080.exe

Restart your computer,

Next
Run this online scan ActiveScan
When it has finished scanning save the report

Next
  • Please download RKFiles from HERE
  • Create a new folder called c:\Antispyware\RKFiles
  • Extract the contents of RKFiles.zip into this new RKFiles folder.
  • Reboot into Safe Mode
    (Start tapping the F8 key on start up)
  • Open the C:\Antispyware\RKFiles folder
  • Locate and double-click the RKFILES.BAT to run this tool..
  • When it is finished a text file will open..
  • Please copy the contents of the log and paste them here[list]
  • Note: the log with be saved at c:\log.txt
Next

Post back a fresh HJT log, The scan report from Avtive scan, and the log.text from RKFiles
