My Documents, Gone?

For some reason i cant find My Documents, i have a shortcut on my desktop. This is what ive done to try and get it back..

It says its on my desktop but it isnt..

Anyone know how i can get the original My Documents on my desktop?

Should just be able to click START and then right-click MY DOCUMENTS and select SHOW ON DESKTOP if there isn't a check mark next to it already.
