IBM00001 bug, explorer not responding

Dear Geeks2Go,

Using your suggestions, I wiped a lot of malware off my computer, but think there's still some left. Before, it was infecting a program called Ibm00001.exe. Now, the system will boot up, there will be a hollow Grisoft antivirus screen on the desktop that I can see through, and I will have to cancel Explorer because it is not responding before starting things. Also, the bottom bar of Windows will not display open windows when I minimize them. Could you please look at my log?
