when i turn the pc on this screen come up that the pc was turn improperly and it wont boot up, then I try to boot up from the disk and this came up (stop: c0000221 unkown hard error\system boot\system 32\ntd77.d77) the 7 were more like symbols. help please.

Can you boot your machine into SAFE MODE? To boot into Safe Mode, turn on your computer and tap F8 about once a second until the screen appears giving you the option to boot into Safe Mode.

thanks guy that did the job. but the same thing happened about a week ago. is there something i have to do so it don't happen again. thanks
