HI You wonderful people. I am trying to help someone with a computer problem She is a deaf girl that uses here computer a lot for communicating with other deaf people I have learned how to help people with there computer problems fairly good but I have been fighting this one for a long time and was hoping that you can help. I think it is a spy Hijacker but I am not sure. The name of it is NANR I have tried everything I can think of but can’t get rid of it. Can you give me some help?

We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
