Bluetooth Help Greatly Needed!

I started using a Widcomm 1.4 bluetooth doggle on my lap top computer. When I tried to install the same doggle onto my other PC, it refused to recognise it. Then when i plugged it back into my laptop, it also refused to recognise it.

I think i may have invalidated the terms and agreements by installing it on 2 computers, so i uninstalled it from both, and tried to install it souly on my PC. The same problem happened.

Please help me!
