Once again is my computer infected with a virus that Norton detects but is unable to remove. My only hope now, is that one of you can help me as you successfully did earlier.

This is the information from a Norton scanning:

Hi Theon. You will need to reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.
1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

I am an old man and my daughter helped me to initiate this computer when I bought it and I don't know why this line shows. I can reach all files I want to as far as I can see.

By the way, how come that you people are so competent in fixing computer errors?
Are you doing this just to be nice to us fools or are you employed to do it?
