Hi

I want to unistall Windows ME and format my disk drive. Then I want to Install Windows Xp. Could someone please give me an explanation of how I would go about doing this. Is it easy or hard?

I have the cd to install XP but dont have my ME Cd. Also the windows XP cd that I have came with a new computer that I brought can i use this cd to upgrage my older computer after I have formatted it?

It's a fairly easy process installing XP but, in your case the XP cd you have is for another computer....you have to activate XP through MS so MS is not going to allow you to activate it on two different computers.
