ok, i did a search and found 7 files. 3 end in exe.

Not sure I follow??

To get to Msconfig-> Click Start-> Run-> Type in Msconfig and Click OK!

Once Msconfig Open-> Click the "Startup tab"

one was highlighted blue. in that one there is a urkstck that looks like the start of the word norton, another samed sndmon that starts with symnatec. most of the others have starts of words i can tell, such as musicmatch. but others all you can see is the C:\WINDOWS\system...

i'm looking each one up on process library.com to make sure i don't get rid of something i need.

i assume by using the msconfig.exe that was hightlighted, the changes will take?

To be sure your Changes take,after making all the selections you wish,click apply and close

It will prompt you to restart so the changes will take effect!

When you restart,a box will pop up telling the System Configuration Utility has made changes to the System!


Check the box to Not show this message again and click ok!

Just make sure everything took in Msconfig and you look good to go!

Defragment the System

Go back and Disble System Restore and Restart then Renable it!


This should get ya all fixed up!
