Can't see and access hard drive on laptop

I am unable to access the Safe Mode with Command Prompt. It told me that either the domain name or username or password is incorrect.

Not sure if anything will help at this point.

I'll check back tomorrow for more help, thanks.

I think we're about done for without a cd. You might try downloading the 6 floppy boot disk set from Microsoft and we can give Recovery Console a try. I'll research this issue a little more in the meantime.

Is there any way I can reprogram my computer? For example can I reprogram it from the start like, the way it is logged on, the system (Operating System), and the hard drive?

I have a cable system to transfer the information from my hard drive to a desktop computer. After I do that what would I do to get it back to the factory way?
