Ccapp not responding

I just installed Norton Systemworks 2005 and Norton Internet Security 2005. Now, my e-mail stops downloading several times a day and when I click ctrl+alt+delete, it says "CCapp not responding." I reboot and everything is okay for awhile and then it happens again. I'm tired of my e-mail bouncing and I can't sit here and babysit. I've reintalled Norton once - I use Windows 98SE. Anyone know why Ccapp quits working. Any suggestions?
