Hi Hattie,

I have attached a zip file to this post. Please download it and save it to your desktop, then right click and extract it. Open the DHCPfix folder and double click the DHCPfix.bat file to run it. It will create some reg files in the folder. Please zip up and attach those reg files in an email to me. I may need to make a few adjustments.

Let me know if anything changes RE:your connection status. A reboot may be required for changes to take affect.
