there could be a geek of the week award given to those believed by the staff to have made a particularly good contribution that week posibly showing up on there profile as maybe a medal or somthing....which accumalate depending on how many the person has won. Little rewards such as this my increase post quality as well as quantity and could be another way to identify particularly outstanding members from the otherwise apearingly monotomous crowd. :tazz:

Those that do a good job become a staff member, that is their reward for doing a good job. Anyway the medal would go to a staff member all the time, and there are too many to chose form, that are doing a realy good job.
