New problem, won't print form Internet

Ok, not all pages from the net print, that is normal but what if none of the pages print from the net, something is amiss. Ok, what I would like is that the "printer choice window opens" which it doesn't, why?

what version of IE are you trying to print from?

I have had spyware prevent some of my customers from printing from the internet.
