Hi Don, here is the log, I want to tell you that since i set my puter to the last known good config, things have been ok. i am going to uninstall & reinstall windows media player to see if that fixes the prob. i also checked my startup & i don't see anything that looks suspicious (but you're the pro) i haven't re-cleaned i yet. i wanted to wait for instructions from you.

Hi Don, i have no log to post because both sites only support IE explorer (but i use firefox) my IE won't accept active x. i tried to change the security settings but nothings working. i'm also having a problem viewing most things with MSN not sure if it's just my computer or if MSN is having probs. can check hotmail if i use my firefox but not with IE (wierd) takes me a lil while to respond to you b/c my msn messenger won't sign in to notify me of mail.

It will give you some options to repair, After you run through that se if you can run the online scans, Post back what they found if your able to run please
