Please help. I have the latest version 10 on my computer; have been using it up until today. As of today, when I click on the icon to open Jukebox 10, it appears then closes. I have tried downloading it again, but I am being told I have the newest version and therefore the installation stops. Should I do a system restore first? I paid for this darn version and am getting a bit tee'd off. I appreciate your help. Thanks.

uninstall it first from "add/remove programs" in the control panel

then re-install it; i think it's free if you need it (try www.download.com)
