Doom 3 itself runs pretty good, but whenever I turn a corner or walk around the screen "tears". I dont know how to fix this problem, but I know my monitor is set on 75Hz. That is the highest it will go. How do I fix this? thanks for the help.

I have the newest nVidia drivers, but not the Doom 3 patch. I'll download it now. Thanks!
