Hi,

I managed to get psguard on my computer even though I have a firewall, AV,spysweeper etc
Based upon readings here at geekstogo, I attempted to clean my system of
PSGuard using the advice given to others in a similar situation. I have already invested so much hours into this with absolutely no progress.

I also followed tho whole "you must read this before posting a hijack log"

my own spysweeper detected ps guard but can not get it removed
ad-aware found nothing
cwsshredder found nothing
spybot found nothing
ewido found enough but cant get it removed either (i tried it 3 times)

it says error during cleaning
then i did the trend housecall
no virusses

then the trojan hunter
said no trojan files found

didnt know if i had to download sp1a
since i already have sp2

when i look at my hijack file i do not see the psguard
but yet spysweeper and ewido find the psguard spyware but are not able to remove it
i am getting so frustrated with spending time and not able to fix it
can anyone please help me
