Everytime I start up my computer I get a dialog box that says: Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure, Unknow error. I think it has something to do with Quicken or Quickbooks but I don't know. How do I get rid of this problem?

Thanks for the information. I did all of the things that that link said to do, but the problem continued.

Finally, I uninstalled Business Contact Manager for Outlook, and the problem is now gone.

Thanks so much,

Scott

Thanx for the help.
I uninstalled the soundcard and went through my start up items and then rebooted. didn't get the message.
