Please help me
I have three problems at the same time and I think they all came from the same program
I installed Fix-It Utilities professional 6 (VCOM)
1. I lost all list of installed programs from Add/Remove program in the control panel.
2. Every program or action that I do now first shows me message Windows installer (on top) and “Preparing to install” (inside the message box)
3. Some programs do not want to run from the shortcuts
This program (Fix-It Utilities professional 6 (VCOM)) has no uninstaller and I can not remove it from the system
I tried to reset comp to the previous points – it says cannot be reset to earlier time
Looks like it controls all system now
Thank you

The programme you ran must have considered uninstallers as unnecessary

You will probably need to re-install a programme if you want to remove it

If you can't remove the program by other means download Killbox and try to remove the program.
