Hi there, I was on the way to fixing our computer problem and corresponding with one of the staff members online when the holidays came and I didn't have a chance to work on the computer. I think the guy I was wroking with thought I had buggered off - never to return again. I've posted my newest log but he hasn't gotten back to me in over a week. Sorry to be a pain in the but but this computer is definatly slowing down. My previous correspondence was here:

I don't think there's that much more to do.
