I have been getting the BSOD under my user name when logging into windows. However, I am able to log on under a different name just fine. The BSOD seems to be happening as a result of installing virus software, which never happended before. The error message I receive is this:
0x000000 50 (0x82co721c 0x0000000, 0xbf9d7cde, atidvag.dll) Base at bf993000 Date Stamp Adress 3a6679fy bfg9d7cde
Does this make sense to anyone and how do I fix it?
Thanks so much in advance,
Stephanie

That error is can be caused by a damaged font file. To fix corrupt files go

Start < Run and type sfc /scannow this will give a blue bar when it goes reboot. Have the Windows XP CD in your computer before you type this because it needs it. This will repair all corrupt files.
