I resolved my problem. I erased entry: [New.net Startup] rundll32 C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL,NewDotNetStartup -s from regedit, but it kept coming back after restart. Then i switch off Ad-Watch and problem was gone. Now i would like to knov how to prevent entry to come back if i switch on Ad-Watch again, beucise it always come back.

Tahnk you for your help!

If you disabled Adwatch before deleting the registry entry, then rebooted, then turned Adwatch back on, you should be ok.

If you didn't get rid of the program first, then fixing only the registry entry won't solve your problem. Let's take a look.
  • Run Hijackthis.
  • Click on "Open the Misc Tools section".
  • Next click on "Open uninstall manager".
  • Press the button 'save list'. It will open a Notepad file.
  • Place the content of that file here in your in your next post.
