Vundo.B and Winfixer- help please!

I've been getting Win-fixer and other pop-ups for a couple of weeks. Today Symantec anti-virus told me I'm infected with the vundo B trojan, and quarantined it but can't clean it. When I ran the Symantec fixer tool, it said I wasn't infected, but when I run the Anti-virus scan it says I am. I would really appreciate help. My HJT log:
