hey everyone!

My computer has stopped woking... help if you can!

(i'm computer stupid so bare with me)

when the computer boots up it says cannot exacute "main"
the aoltsomon.exe program is taking up 99 to 100% computer usage.. i cannot turn it off or delete it..

I cannot renew the IP address.. when I tried to renew the addy the program said that it could not finish running the program and contact the person who runs our netwok. I also Cannot "ping" the computer

and when program tries to end it says waol.exe not responding

if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know ...

well I got this message late...

anyway.. I called optomom online today and spent three hrs on the phone w/ them.. they took me to safty mode (??) and removed the alotsmon.exe program.

however they were not able to get me back online.. (i'm using another house computer now)

is there a way to download the programs you sugguest and then put them on to the other computer and then copy them back to a disk so I can post them?

Sure. They should even fit on a floppy.
