Hello,

Every other time I open My Computer or Control panel I get the following error. "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The event viewer lists it as: Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module iesdsg.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000d76b.

I've tried some research on this dll but, haven't had much luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running XPpro sp2.
