Every other time I open My Computer or Control panel I get the following error. "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The event viewer lists it as: Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module iesdsg.dll, version, fault address 0x0000d76b.

I've tried some research on this dll but, haven't had much luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running XPpro sp2.
