winfixer keeps giving me pop-ups

I keep getting Winfixer pop-ups saying to download this to get rid of spywear. i get a small box with a 'ok' or 'cancel' button. I X it out, then a window opens with the winfixer website. I X it out. then i get another small box same as the first. X it out. Then a third small box, and i X it out. then i get a small box that wants to download it and when i X it out it sometimes freezes my comp for a few seconds and my internet windows go down and i have to 'end program' because it froze. its driving me nuts, and i want it off my computer finally. it happens quite often. if you see anything else on there that souldent, please let me know, i want all this spyware stuff gone. I'm totally sick of it. Here is my hijackthis log:
