Hi,

My internet explorer will not startup. It tries to load the homepage and immediately gives an error, "we are sorry for the inconvenience internet explorer needs to close" and if I wait long enough a memory error comes up on top of that and gives a memory address location. So I managed to install Mozilla to browse and I get a lot of popups. I've followed the steps and I still have a problem. I think its coolwebsearch related.

Also, I have tried reinstalling windows and a few other things to restore internet explorer to no avail. I going to need IE functioning again, and I don't want to format Thank you for any assistance! - J
