I just had my direcway system installed ( dw7000 ) The installer used his notebook to check that I was receiving a signal. He logged on the net just fine. He set up my notebook the way he thought it should work and could not get it to work and gave up. Now I have service and can't use it. I am kind of a newb to computers and need someone to walk me through the set up. Anyone willing to do this? Is their a link that would walk me through the setup. I am running windows xp. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Contact the ISP to ask for their configuration page address

You can usually type this in to the address bar and set it up correctly
