VX2 EPZGYBCP.EXE Malware

Does anyone know how to remove VX2 Malware from my computer. Both Norton AV 2005 and Lavasoft Ad-Aware cannot remove it although they can identify its existence.

Object file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\EPZGYBCP.EXE. It is a process. I have tried going into the SYSTEMS directory To delete the file, but I keep getting the message that Windows is using the file / program.

p.s. BTW, the computer in question is a laptop runnning Win Me.
