After reading these posts and running Hijack This, I see that I have this file in two places.

However, I have run Spybot S&D, AdAware, Spyblaster, Ewido, and then installed Avast. After several cleanings everything comes up clean except that I still have awtqo.dll.

I ran online scanners from Norton and Panda. They both came up clean. I now have Zone Alarm, Microsoft Anti Spyware and Avast installed.

Do I need to get rid of Awtqo.dll? And since none of these programs pick it up - what should I do?

Another problem - and I don't know if it is related - I am no longer able to access my email offsite using microsfot exchange using the following where xxxx is our company name. "mail.xxxxx.com/exchange "

When this is all done I plan to remove all the spyware and antivirus programs, scandisk, defrag and then install SP2, MS AntiSpyware, ZoneAlarm and Avast!.

Any suggestions?
