:tazz: I need help please... I checked if all of the plugs were in, like Ethernet and the phonejack, but it's still not or barely working. I tried WinXPSockFix, but it didn't help much. Please help. thanks

Google speedtest and run line speed tests for your location

Send them to your ISP

Have you checked for later drivers and firmware

Your ISP should have a configuration page, ask them for this so you cn check set up

I suspect that you don't have everything configured correctly but you haven't described your setup so I don't know what is wrong.
