Enter Network Password

It is soooooo annoying everytime I check my E-mail, Enter Network Password pops up and I have to click OK a gazillion times in order to get my mail. I do not have a network and I do not have to enter a password, but even when I do enter a password and say to remember it, it doesn't stop the thing from popping up. There is probably a simple answer but I have not been able to find it.

Just so every one else knows we had a talk in live chat, I asked him to run Sfc /scannow from Tweak 6 in Easy Xp Tweaks. We are waiting to see if it works.
