Surf Sidekick Removal tool

We have this annoying pop-up provided by surf sidekick that overrides what ever we do (banking, bills, etc.) or search for on the internet. I have tried removing it from the add/remove programs and it keeps telling me to enter a security code which, they provide when trying to remove, and it then reboots. And then only to find out it is still there. Go through the same process again and then another security code is asked of you agian and it is different than the first one. Please help .......Sincerely Jules :tazz:
