regarding msn appau

hi i have a really weird thing popping up on my comp this is what it says.....msn appau exe file is linked to missing export advap 132 dll.convert string security descriptor to security descriptor w. is it a virus?? if anybody knows i need help in getting rid of this or any thing to suggest thanks!!
