It's basically an web based RPG game. You have stats, earn money based on how many people you have and can spend that money to improve your armies stats. You can also attack other people for money.

No, i don't owe the website, im just using that as an example of what i mean by a text-based rpg game. What i want to make doesn't require the pictures or anything like that yet, i just want to create a rpg game that uses that kind of system.

Here's the basic description of the game

You are assigned a country, randomly selected, and that country has it's starting stats. You have to trade with other players to get resources that you don't produce yourself to build improvements to your country. You are assigned objectives that you have to meet to keep your popularity up...

It seems the RPG you're referring to is made out of PHP.
You should have some knowledge of HTML/CSS before you want to learn PHP

I have some knowlege of HTML but not CSS. From what i understand PHP isn't that hard of a languauge to learn, but i could be wrong.

I attempted to set up my own apache server, and it seemed to be going well, but it won't display PHP
it's werid because when it starts up it says "Apache/1.3.29 <Win32> PHP/5.0.0RC2 running..."
And yet it still won't display php scripts. I think that i did everything to configure it but maybe i missed something. Any help would be appreciated.
