DLL ERROR MESSAGE

I receive the following error message, usually when booting:


An exception occurred while trying to run ""C:\WINDOWS\System32\lypcxlln.dll",
DllGetVersion"


What does this mean? How do I fix or permanently get rid of this message?

That is not a windows file and it's location is suspicious.
