Currently have been using Web Root Spysweeper 4.0.4 with no problem. Received message to update to 4.5.0....... updated (twice) and had to do a system restore both times. All programs, including Norton were shut down prior to executing install, but it locks my computer every time. Customer service is useless. Any advice?? Thanks!!
