I have a laptop IBM ThinkPad.The Bios is locked by password and i have forget it.I need to performe some uppgrades and changes but i can not do it.Can somebody help me with this probleme?

You can reset the BIOS password by removing the CMOS battery, and letting the laptop sit for 24-48 Hours off. I know that on desktop computers, there is a jumper that can be set to remove the BIOS password. I would beleve that laptops would have this jumper, but Im not 100% sure. Hope that this helps.
