When rebboting my computer,at the windoes icon,amessage come up saying ile not known. It has five little squares. When I try to run lavasoft adaware it freezes out where that file is located. How can I get rid of it. I stopped it from booting up with my computer. I have Norton and Microsoft beta and spybot none has found it. Thank You
