my device manager shows:
1394 optical drive(1394 ATAPI_Rev 1.00) IEEE 1394 SBP2 Device

But no where in my computer does the drive show. This is firewire connection so shouldnt i just be plug and play with no setup required? It was working at one time, but then my secondary hard drive went kaputz(250 gigs out the window) and now my dvd burner is not recognized. help?

thanks, dan
