I have followed the requested steps and cannot seem to get rid of the virtumonde spyware that shows up on the Panda Active Scan. I am still having problems with pop-ups. I have also had WinFixer, and am not sure if it is gone for good.

We need to make sure all hidden files are showing so please:* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.
Reverse the process when you are done.

Use Windows Explorer to move to this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\

Remove all instances of these files:

uutss

Open HijackThis
Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: fccyv - C:\WINDOWS\system32\fccyv.dll (file missing)

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running.
Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot the computer.

Rerun Panda to see how things are now.
