Please help, my cd drive will read and play dvd-roms, but will not read a blank cd, or play music cds, or play programs. I have tried to find a firmware update, or any update at all with no luck. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to fix this annoyance. Thanks, Cody

The first one is probably what deamon tools put on, the second one is the problem drive, third is drive i currently use to burn cds since the top one does not.
