Hi,

I am having a problem working with my Outlook Express. All of a sudden it says it cannot start because the file MSOE.dll can not be loaded. I know I can uninstall Outlook Express, but I'm affraid to do that because I do not know how to reinstall it. Is there a link somewhere or site that you can download it from?

I am running Windows 98SE and have all my original disks that came with the comp but none of them say specifically which one has Outlook Express on it. I don't really want to reinstall windows if that is the case because everything else seems to be OK for the most part.

I do know that the file MSOE.dll is there in the Outlook Express folder so I don't know why it is not loading.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ira

OK. Thanks, but how do I unzip the file? My AOL didn't automatically do it like it normally does.
