Recently had a problem with McAfee fire wall asking if i want Internet explorer to access the internet. The path is as the topic description. I cannot find this file searching through the folders on my computer. I have run Mcafee virus scan and ad-aware but to no avail. Following is the Hijack this log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS the warning pops up again even if I hit Block all access or if I hit Grant outbound access on the McAfee fire wall pop up.
