[FONT=Arial] my darling daughter has gone for an msn messenger update & download thing, and brought with it not one but two toolbars - I can hardly see the screen! I also keep getting loads of pop-ups - have had 3 while posting this. I have run ad aware, I have AVG and winpatrol and also the shredder thing recommended. I've been through the add/remove programmes process looking for suspect names listed elsewhere. I've tried to go through the view/toolbar thing and it's not listed there (although it was in a previous download and I was able to get rid, but now it seems invincible) I've done loads of things I can't remember right now that I've picked up from various sites - but this is the first forum I've tried, so please be gentle with me ;)

My daughter knows she's created havoc - and trust me she won't be doing this again! But in the meantime her not very technically minded mum is struggling with what to do next

I have done a 'hijack this' thing and post it's findings below (although if someone is kind enough to help me - can they explain very clearly what I do next please :tazz:

I am very grateful (in advance) of any help.
